Arroyo's Tex-Mex Has Its TABC License at 930 Parker Square
The state said yes in September. Now it's a buildout race to the door.

If you live anywhere near the FM 2499 corridor, your weeknight dinner options just got a little wider. Arroyo's Tex-Mex is confirmed for 930 Parker Square Road, and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission issued their license on September 16.
That license matters more than it sounds. TABC requires ownership documentation, state approval of the physical premises, and a complete application before the clock even starts. Arroyo's cleared all of it. The regulatory work is behind them.
What's still ahead is the buildout, hiring, and city inspections. No opening date has been announced.
Parker Square is a center that draws sit-down diners, and a Tex-Mex spot with a liquor license gives people one more reason to stay in the center rather than drive elsewhere.
When Arroyo's is ready to announce, they'll do it directly. Follow their social media or swing past 930 Parker Square and watch for signage. No city vote or public meeting is part of a restaurant opening — when the doors open, that's your notice.
