Flower Mound's Nonprofit Roundtable Meets This Friday

If your organization serves Flower Mound or southern Denton County, Friday's calendar has one thing worth adding.

The Town of Flower Mound is hosting a Nonprofit Roundtable this Friday, September 25. The gathering is built for the situation most local nonprofits know well: working hard inside their own lane, not always sure what the group two miles away is doing, or whether there's overlap worth a conversation. Food banks, youth programs, senior services, faith-based groups, environmental organizations — any nonprofit serving the area is welcome. No membership required.

This is not a grant opportunity or a funding pitch. It's a room where organizations can see what peers are working on, find places to collaborate, and avoid duplicating effort that's already happening somewhere else in the community. That kind of coordination is harder to build than it sounds. A roundtable format makes it easier.
