Hampton Inn & Suites at 800 Long Prairie Road Is Open

If someone's flying in for a meeting along FM 2499, or a kid's travel team has a weekend tournament, you no longer have to send them to Lewisville. The Hampton Inn & Suites at 800 Long Prairie Road is open.

FloMoBee reported in September that the property was targeting a November 10 opening, based on a state sales-tax permit filing. It arrived ahead of that date. The hotel is a four-story, 64,697-square-foot building. The scope of work filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation describes a four-story hotel with a pool building, elevator, and laundry chute.

Location does most of the work here. The address sits at the southeast corner of Long Prairie Road and Lakeside, steps from The Shops at Lakeside and the restaurants along that stretch. Business travelers visiting companies on the Long Prairie and FM 2499 corridor get a mid-market Hilton brand without hunting for a highway exit. Families coming in for LISD events or youth sports get a place walkable to dinner.

3S Hospitality, LLC owns the project, which is privately funded on private land. Construction was registered with the state in October 2024, with a listed completion date of April 3, 2026.

If you have out-of-town guests coming in, 800 Long Prairie Road is the address to forward.
