LISD Back-to-School Forms Are Live — First Day Is Days Away

If you have a student in Lewisville ISD, the window opened yesterday. Family Access and the district’s back-to-school forms opened in the upgraded Skyward Qmlativ SIS on August 3, and the first day of school is fast approaching.

Not a lot of runway.

Guardians should log into Skyward Qmlativ Family Access and complete the back-to-school forms for each enrolled student. The process includes required and optional sections and gives families an opportunity to review important student information, including health and emergency details. Forms are due by the date communicated by each student’s campus.

Transportation is a separate step. Families who need bus service should confirm their student’s eligibility and complete LISD’s Bus Service Request Form. The district says processing may take three to five business days, and students cannot begin riding until they have been assigned to a route and the required Bus Rider Safety Contract has been received.

New families who requested a Skyward guardian account should check the email address they provided for their username and password-setup instructions. Current families who cannot log in can use the username or password reset option linked to their guardian email. LISD also provides technology support through its help desk.

The back-to-school page also has the bus stop locator, school hours, supply lists, menus and meal-account information. Worth taking care of now so the first day is not a scramble.

What to do today: Log into Skyward Qmlativ Family Access and complete the required forms for every student in your household. Families who need bus service should also complete the separate transportation request process.
