LISD Job Fair Is Tuesday, July 21 — and School Starts August 12

If you've been thinking about a job with Lewisville ISD, Tuesday morning is your window before the school year fills every seat.

The district is holding a job fair 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. on July 21 at TECC-W. Ninety minutes. You'll be talking directly with campus leaders and hiring administrators — the people who actually make the call, not someone reading from a checklist.

The timeline is tight. School starts August 12, which means LISD has roughly two weeks from Tuesday to get people hired, badged, and through orientation before staff days begin August 3. This isn't a slow-rolling process.

Every department has a seat at the table: teaching, classroom aide, food service, transportation, custodial, admin support. The district's Frontline portal lists all open roles, and submitting a job fair application through that same system is how you get in the door for SY 26-27 positions. Bring a resume. Be ready to have a real conversation.

Positions that don't fill Tuesday won't vanish from the portal, but the next concentrated hiring push won't come until next summer.
