Neo Soft Systems Plans $250,000 Flower Mound Office Renovation

One Bridlewood office suite is being prepared for two separate business operations, and Town records say a locked door will be part of how the space is divided.

Flower Mound issued finish-out permit FO26-02119 on July 20, 2026, for a $250,000 renovation at 4700 Bridlewood Blvd., Suite 100. The 1,954-square-foot space is located within the Clubhouse at Bridlewood property.

The Town’s permit report identifies the project as “Neo Soft Systems / Neo Gen Title” and describes its planned use as a real-estate office with a title company operating on the property. The report does not specify which business name corresponds to each operation.

According to the permit description, the two offices cannot legally function within the same space. The businesses plan to use a locked door to keep their operations separate.

Texas Sparks Constructions LLC is listed as both the permit applicant and contractor. The application was submitted April 16, 2026, and the Town issued the permit July 20.

A separate filing registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on June 18 provides additional construction details. The planned renovation includes office spaces, a conference room, and restrooms.

The state filing lists Neo Soft Systems LLC as the project owner and says the work is privately funded, with construction funds provided by the tenant. However, the tenant field does not identify a business.

The TDLR filing lists a submitted construction schedule of July 15 through Dec. 15, 2026. Because Flower Mound issued the finish-out permit July 20, the July 15 date should not be treated as confirmation that construction began that day.

The state record also misspells the street as “Briddlewood.” Flower Mound’s permit report uses the correct address, 4700 Bridlewood Blvd., Suite 100.

Neither filing provides an expected opening date. The public records also do not establish a connection between the local Neo Soft Systems LLC project and any similarly named software or technology company.
