P&Z Has a Meeting Coming Up — Watch for the Agenda

If you have been watching a rezoning request, a site plan, or a variance near your property, the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting is when you find out whether it's actually on the docket.

The agenda packet, not the meeting itself, is where staff lays out what it's recommending on each item — whether a project is getting a favorable recommendation, whether conditions are attached. Showing up without reading it means you're hearing things for the first time while everyone else already has context.

The town also runs a notification system. It sends email and text alerts to residents when a project is scheduled for P&Z consideration, with alerts tied to geographic zones across town. Sign up through the town's NotifyMe page and the alert finds you instead of you hunting for it.
