The Senior Center's First Día de Muertos Celebration Is Sunday, Nov. 1 — and It's $5
Cocoa, crafts, and Disney's Coco at 2701 W. Windsor Dr. The whole family's welcome.

Five dollars. Three hours. One very good movie.
The Flower Mound Senior Center is hosting Coco and Cocoa on Sunday, Nov. 1 — Flower Mound Seniors in Motion's first-ever Día de Muertos celebration. The whole family is invited, with a cocoa bar, themed crafts and activities, and a screening of Disney's Coco on the program.
Doors open at 2 p.m. and the fun runs through 5 p.m. — find the Senior Center at 2701 W. Windsor Dr., and budget $5 a head to get in.

Worth noting: the Senior Center isn't just for seniors here. Seniors in Motion has built a reputation for monthly potlucks, craft fairs, and cultural programming, but Sunday, Nov. 1 marks the first time the building is leaning into a full family-format holiday event with a movie screening at its center. If you've got kids who've seen Coco fourteen times, or relatives who'd appreciate a low-key afternoon with something warm in hand, this is a reasonable way to spend the afternoon.
Tickets are available through the Town's recreation registration portal at flowermound.gov.
