Toastique on Long Prairie Has Been Open Nearly Two Years — Here's What to Order

If you drive that stretch of Long Prairie past Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop and still haven't stopped at Toastique, the place has been there since November 2024. Nearly two years is plenty of time to find it.

Toastique sits at 4610 Long Prairie Rd., Suite 130, and it was the brand's third Texas location when it opened, joining shops in Addison and Austin. The concept is simple: gourmet toast, cold-pressed juices, smoothie bowls, and espresso, all built around fresh ingredients. The Avocado Smash Toast comes with watermelon radish and chili oil. The PB Crunch stacks honey-roasted peanut butter, banana, berries, and granola on walnut-raisin bread. Smoothies, wellness shots, and iced collagen lattes round out the menu.

Owner Stephen Wright picked Flower Mound on purpose.
