Bids Are In for Timber Valley Drive — Now Council Has to Pick a Contractor
Design is done, and a full gut-and-rebuild of Timber Valley and Fairfield Lane is one council vote away from a start date.

If you live on Timber Valley Drive, Fairfield Lane, or Timber Valley Circle, the next town council meeting is worth pulling up.
The design work is finished, and bids have closed. The next step is a council vote to award a construction contract — and that vote sets the clock on everything else.
The project involves full replacement along Timber Valley Drive, Fairfield Lane, and Timber Valley Circle: roadway, sidewalks, sewer mains, water lines. Not a patch job.

When does work actually start? That answer comes after the contract award. Once council votes, the town issues a notice to proceed, and that date opens the construction window. Residents along the corridor should expect lane closures, utility interruptions, and access disruptions throughout the rebuild.
Council agendas are posted at flower-mound.com/agendas. When the contract award item appears on one, that's your first real date to mark.
