Spanning 158 acres, Central Park's River Walk district was designed as a mixed-use environment, weaving together commercial, office, retail, dining, medical, civic, and residential uses across a single interconnected area. The development is bounded by FM 1171 to the south, Morriss Road to the east, and FM 2499 to the west. There's been real momentum there lately, and the town's investment in a proposed arts center is aimed at making the area a reason to linger, not just pass through.
