Latera Coffee Is Headed to the River Walk

If you live or work near the River Walk, you'll have a new morning stop before long. The Town of Flower Mound confirmed that Latera Coffee is coming to 4281 Esplanade Place, Suite 100, near the River Walk. No opening date has been announced yet — the town's newsflash page noted that details are still limited.

That location puts Latera in a corridor with a useful mix of foot traffic: residents in the nearby units, workers in the area, and anyone already heading to the waterway.

The River Walk district has been filling in its daytime layer gradually. The evening side has had anchors for a while, but morning and midday options have been thinner. Vinifera Wine Lounge & Bistro opened at 4120 River Walk Drive more recently, adding a sit-down dinner option. Latera would give that same corridor something earlier in the day.

This is a private business opening, so there's no public vote or approval process involved. Once Latera opens, people in that part of town will have a coffee option without getting back in the car. Check the Town's newsflash page for hours and an opening date when they become available.
