Flower Mound's First Completed Residential Tower at Lakeside Village Is Open

If you drive International Parkway toward Lake Grapevine, you've watched cranes and concrete for years. One of those buildings is now finished and taking residents.

Realty Capital Residential completed construction on Thirty-One Eleven Sunset, a 16-story, 207-unit luxury apartment tower, and the first residents moved in during early March 2025. It's the second luxury tower Realty Capital has finished at the 160-acre, $2.5 billion Lakeside Village mixed-use development.

Units run from one- to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses to townhomes, with monthly rent starting at $4,000. Amenities include a sixth-floor rooftop pool, terrace, spa, bar, and lounge, plus 24-hour concierge service and valet parking. Shops and restaurants are walkable from the building, which sits on the edge of Lake Grapevine.

General contractor Archer Western broke ground in December 2022. That's just over two years from dirt to move-in.

"Finishing construction on our second high-rise residential tower in Lakeside Village is a huge accomplishment," said Alexander Brown, president of Realty Capital Residential, who noted that the "breathtaking lake views are essentially non-existent anywhere else in North Texas."

Thirty-One Eleven Sunset sits within the final stretch of a much larger build-out. Lakeside Village is the last phase of the broader Lakeside mixed-use project — one that brings together waterfront dining, hotel accommodations, retail, Class AA offices, a private social club, trail systems, an amphitheater, custom Mediterranean Villa homes, and the existing 15-story Lakeside Tower condominiums. That final 40 acres is still actively under development.

More is on the way. A nearby Lakeside East expansion has the town committing over $5 million in economic development support for hotel and retail components, with construction targeted to wrap by 2027.
